International Ship Repair owns a very large facility in the state of Florida, United States. It has three berthing areas, multiple dry docks,  a 5,000 square foot machine shop and plenty of equipment and tools.

The yard was founded in 1973 by Robert Del Valle. Later it was acquired by brothers George and Carl Lorton in 1990 who started an expansion program that brought the yard's first drydock.

The shipyard is quite a visible landmark when flying above Tampa or driving on the nearby Selmon Expressway.
